5.Vitamin D helps in forming and strengthening the skeletal system.

The best is to get these vitamins and supplement from foods, and even if you’re taking multivitamins meant for pregnant women. It is still advisable to eat healthily, so if you’re pregnant, do not take any multivitamin, except one designed for pregnant women.

Do not take the above vitamins as supplements and avoid foods high in Vitamin A like Liver and Pate.
